Aura Construction collects only what it needs to respond to a project enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
This policy covers aura-construction.co. It explains what we collect, why, who it reaches, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Aura Construction LLC, operating as Aura Construction, a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #1154855. For anything in this policy, write to admin@aura-construction.co.
What we collect
Everything we hold comes from you, submitted through the application form on this site. We do not buy information, and we do not collect anything in the background.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.
Why we collect it
- To review your application and decide whether your project is a fit for the studio
- To contact you about your enquiry
- To prepare proposals, scopes, and estimates if we move forward
- To keep records required for our business and licensing obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Your information reaches a small number of service providers who help us operate. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have not done so in the past twelve months.
How long we keep it
Applications we decline are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted. Where a project proceeds, we keep records for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to admin@aura-construction.co and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are a California resident
California law gives residents rights over personal information, including the right to know what is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, use the email address above.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for responding to it. This site does not track you across other websites, so no response is required.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and note the change below before doing so.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to the inbox that receives them is limited to Aura Construction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will post the revised policy here and update the effective date at the top. Substantive changes will be described in a short note on this page.
